In addition, we are currently working with limited hours and staff. Wait times will be longer than anticipated and we ask that you please have patience with us as we work harder than ever to be there for you and your furry family members. COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR APPOINTMENTS
You can currently make your appointment in 1 of 3 ways:
1) Contact us and request an appointment through this website.
2) Contact us via PetProConnect App and request an appointment.
3) Call and speak with our receptionist to set up an appointment at 504-444-1124.
Please download the "new client" and "patient information" forms before arriving to your appointment. If you are unable to download or print the forms, please provide the information in written form to minimize confusion and provide a more efficient visit. Please also bring copies of any previous medical documents and vaccine history that you have. This information is critical to getting a complete a picture of your pet's health and to effectively answer questions and concerns.
When arriving at the clinic please take note of the number on the ground of your chosen parking spot. Please call the clinic at 504-444-1124 to check in. You will be asked the parking spot number in order for staff to locate you if there is difficulty reaching you on your cell phone. Please make sure the front desk has a current phone number. At first availability, a technician will call you to verify the reason for the appoinment and a brief history. At that point you will be asked to meet the staff member at the front door with the patient for the visit. Please remember to give all paperwork at that time. Your pet will be seen inside the clinic and you will receive a phone call from the doctor to discuss clinical findings, desired diagnostics and agree on a plan of action. Please be available to answer your phone when called. Answering promptly will reduce wait time. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES DURING THE VISIT. Once you have communicated with the doctor you may then come in to the building to pay the bill and have your pet is returned to you. You may pay your bill over the phone via credit card and then meet your pet in the lobby for pick up as well as receive any medication and your receipt.
