Due to the current circumstances there have been some necessary changes put in place for your safety and the safety of our staff.LCAMC is currently not allowing any non-staff persons to enter the building until otherwise stated. In addition, we are currently working with limited hours and staff. We ask that you have patience with us as we work harder than ever to be there for you and your furry family members. Please make note of these changes and follow the guidelines in order to ease the wait time and any additional stress we may find ourselves under during these trying times. COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR APPOINTMENTS
You can currently make your appointment in 1 of 3 ways:
1) Contact us and request an appointment through this website.

3) Call and speak with our receptionist to set up an appointment.
and form before arriving for your appointment. Having this information completed before is critical to trying to get as complete a picture of your questions, concerns and request to the doctor seeing your pet.
We are requesting payment be done by credit card. This can be done over the phone at the end of the appointment or with the information given to reception prior to the appointment. Providing us the information prior to the appointment can significantly reduce wait time as very often getting through on the phone can be delayed due to the high volume of calls coming in.
We do understand that there are times that credit is not an option but we are requiring exact cash at this time, so please come prepared with options as we will not be able to give you a total for your appointment until the end after treatment plans are discussed and applied.
When arriving at the clinic please take note of the number on the ground of your chosen parking spot. Please call the clinic to check in. You will be asked the parking spot number in order for staff to locate you. The first available tech will come to your car to get your pet and bring them into the clinic. Please remember to give all paperwork at that time. Your pet will be seen inside the clinic and you will receive a phone call from the doctor to discuss clinical findings, desired diagnostics and agree on a plan of action. Please be available to answer your phone when called. Answering promptly will reduce wait time. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES DURING THE VISIT. Once you have communicated with the doctor and your pet is returned to you, your medication will be prepared while you call the office to pay if you have not already provided credit card information. Your medication and receipt will then be brought to your car.
